Tony’s strengths are sourcing, executing, financing and asset managing commercial real estate investments. From 1994 through to 2009, Tony was a partner at Catalyst Capital, a UK based real estate investment and management company. In 1996 he was responsible for the firm’s first direct property purchase of a London office building and was involved in the acquisition thereafter of more than £500m of properties located throughout the UK.

 

In 2003 he directed Catalyst’s £165m purchase of J Sainsbury Development in a corporate acquisition involving fourteen separate development projects and the assumption of the vendor’s team of development professionals. Tony was responsible for running this team, managing the development projects and selling all of the assets.

In 2006, Tony established Catalyst’s German operations, opening their Frankfurt office and leading the acquisition of approximately €275m of commercial real estate assets.

Between 1988 and 1994 Tony served as an associate director of Colliers Stewart Newiss in London. Prior to 1998, he worked within the UK Government’s real estate management office.

Tony has a degree in Estate Management from the University of East London and is a Professional Associate of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
