Christopher is a highly experienced commercial Chartered Surveyor specialising in Asset Management with over 20 years’ experience gained in the public sector, private practice and in private wealth management. Before joining Quident Capital, he spent eight years as Head of Asset Management at Tishman International responsible for the UK and Central Eastern Europe. Prior to that, Christopher was a Fund Manager with F&C Asset Management responsible for 3 balanced life funds.

A large part of Christopher’s career has been spent working in the retail sector, where he gained wide experience, ranging from development through to investment and asset management. He has been responsible for in excess of 20 prime shopping centres throughout the UK and has a particular interest in turn-around strategies, customer research and leasing programmes.

Christopher has an expertise and profile in trophy asset management; taking ownership for all aspects of real estate investment from strategic decision making through to property management and financing. He has a BSc (Hons) degree in Estate Management and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
